This project involved the expansion of the airjet weaving department for Ajay Syntex Pvt. Ltd. at Guwardi, Chittorgarh Road, Bhilwara. The development covered approximately 25,000 sq.ft. of industrial area and was delivered through project management and consultancy services. The scope focused on project planning, execution coordination, progress monitoring, stakeholder coordination, and overall supervision of the weaving department expansion.
